Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, and once completed there is no way to cancel a transaction. The only way to recover funds sent to an incorrect address is to contact the owner of the receiving address, and if the owner is unknown there is no possible way to recover the funds.
It is important to be attentive and thorough when sending cryptocurrency. We recommend always double checking the receiving address before sending a transaction, and when possible, using either a QR code or the copy/paste function.
