To clear out your Google Play Cache on any Android device, please follow these steps outlined below: 

1. Please open the "Settings" menu on your Android device and tap "Apps". 

2. Navigate to the Google Play Store.

3. Tap "Storage" and then tap "Clear cache". (You may see an option to clear data; this selection may be helpful when troubleshooting your problem).  

4. Once you have completed the steps above and the cache and date is cleared, please restart Google Play to identify whether your problem is resolved. 

Please consider: Once you have cleared the cache and data, and you are still experiencing issues, try restarting your device afterwards.
