You may see two different options to fund your account, “Request via app” and “Transfer from bank”. Simply select the option that you prefer.
'Request via app'
With 'Request via app' you can fund your account by requesting an e-Transfer to your Newton account via email. This option requires a few extra steps.

'Transfer from bank'
This option allows you to send money directly to your Newton account from your banking app, making it seamless to fund your account.
Fund your account via 'Transfer from bank'
Note: some banks do not support 'Request via app'. If your bank does not support this, you can instead fund your account via 'Transfer from bank'. For a list of banks that support the "Transfer from bank" method of e-Transfer, please see the following link: Interac e-Transfer Enhanced Features.
