For added security and reliability, a new deposit address is now required for certain crypto assets. The update is live, and old addresses are no longer supported.

Which assets are affected?

The following cryptocurrencies now require a new deposit address:

ADA, HBAR, XLM, USDC-STELLAR, SOL, USDC-SOL, BONK, RENDER, HNT, JUP, PYTH, WIF, NEAR, DOT, ALGO, and XTZ.

How do I generate a new deposit address?

To avoid any issues with future deposits, follow these steps to generate a new address for each affected asset:

1. Open the Newton app.
2. Go to Add Funds.
3. Choose Crypto from Wallet.
4. Select the asset (e.g., Cardano (ADA), Solana (SOL), etc.).
5. Tap Generate Address.

Your new deposit address is ready. If you use other assets from the list, be sure to update those too.

Sent crypto assets to an old address?

If you used an old address and your crypto assets do not appear in your account, please reach out to our support team with the transaction details.
